Okra is used in several delicious and healthy recipes such as Gumbo. It is also a staple in West Africa where it is consumed as a nutritional diet. The mucilage content that makes Okra slimy and slippery has very potent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antifungal properties that help treat acne and other skin diseases.

When applied topically (skin, hair, scalp, nail) it creates a glowing and healthy skin as well as strong, thick shiny hair and nails.
