Shipping, Return & Refund

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We process orders within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S. Please note that international shipping times may vary. Once your order ships, we’ll provide tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Return Policy

At Xtracta Skincare, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the shipping and exchange fees. To initiate a return, please email us at info@xtracta.net with your order number. Returns must be in their original package and unused condition.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of original purchase. We will issue a refund to your original payment method excluding shipping cost. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. For any returns, the customer is responsible for shipping back the product. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet our return policy guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

At Xtracta Skincare, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@xtracta.net. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy on our website for instructions on how to return the product.
